This series will be dedicated to help anyone regardless of their handstand experience to learn all the most important aspects of training handstands - learning to fall safely, building strength, improving the line and progressing further. This will be a complete Handstand course that will include the canon of gymnastic handstands as well as strength and control aspects of calisthenics school of handstands.
