Looking to get stronger and increase your reps on pull ups, dips, pistol squats and other fundamental calisthenics movements using your bodyweight and minimal equipment?

Level 3 is for people who are already into calisthenics training and are looking to get even stronger. Plan is 4 weeks and each day is focusing on a different movement group.
