This plan is for the user who is becoming comfortable with the fundamentals of Calisthenics and wishes to continue building strength in all areas, while also starting to incorporate specific elements with the goal of progressing on to further Planche Training.
There will be a strong focus on developing scapula control and strength, patience is key, master these basics before moving to more advanced progressions and you will progress much more efficiently.
How Many Days : This plan is designed for those who wish to train 4 or more Days per week
Equipment : Rings or Pull Up Bar. Parallettes will be beneficial but not required.
