Plan Information

Already have a good base level of strength and want to train specifically for Planche and Levers.
Key elements for these skills are straight arm strength and scapula control.

Designed to be 4 Days on, 2 days off. Includes a Leg Day, as this will ensure the best progress.

Equipment : Rings or Pull Up Bar. Parallettes aren't required but would be beneficial.
