Duration: 8 weeks. 4 workouts per week. 40-60 min per workout.
Pre-Requisites: Having completed Improve Cardio - Beginner, or being able to do 10 burpees comfortably.
Equipment needed: Resistance Band, Pull Up Bar.
Info: This workout plan will take you from an average cardiovascular capacity to being able to comfortably complete many sets of exercises without being out of breath. You will also improve your mobility and, if paired with good nutrition, lose extra fat.
It will get really challenging, so be ready to fight against yourself and complete each workout with great effort.
It is recommended to follow a good eating regime with calories around maintenance level for better progress and results.
