This is the final stage of your leg training journey – the Expert Leg Workout Plan. Designed for advanced athletes, this 8-week program includes 3 challenging workouts per week, each starting with a proper warm-up to prepare your body for high-level intensity. Expect advanced bodyweight movements like pistol squats, negative shrimp squats, nordic hip hinges, single leg glute bridge raises, explosive variations like jumping pistol squats and single leg box jumps, plus dynamic exercises like switch lunges and much more. This plan will push your strength, balance, and control to the limit.
