Increase your strength with our fundamentals strengthener programme. Designed to help you increase your reps on many basic bodyweight exercises.
Before beginning this programmes you should be able to do 3 pull ups, 5 dips, 8 press ups.
Please note, rep range is subjective to your level and move in a linear progression. Adjust the rep ranges if you need to.
Eg. Can't do 5 reps but can do 3?
Do 3,3,3,3,3, next workout 4,3,3,3,3 then next 4,4,3,3,3 and so on.
