Description

Stand straight with band attached below one of your feet and other part of the band in your arm of the same side. Your arm should be bended in 90 degree angle and it should be lifted so there is also a 90 degree angle between your body and your arm. While keeping your body straight and maintaining the position of your elbow throughout the exercise rotate your lower part of your arm so it points in the direction where you are looking. Get back to the starting position.
