Pre-Requisite - 5 Pull Ups.
Easy - If you cannot do 5 reps in one set, use a resistance band that allows you to achieve 5 reps.
Advanced - If you can do 10 reps easily, add a weight that would challenge you for 5 reps and follow the plan to strengthen your Pull Up
Schedule - 6 Days on. 1 day off
Equipment - Pull Up Bar or Rings.
Grip - Feel free to mic up your grip set to set, or day to day, and utilise a mixture of Supinated, Pronated
