The goal of the straddle planche hold is to hold the body parallel to the ground, supporting yourself on just your hands and with your legs be wide open. To accomplish this place your hands at shoulder width and your hands facing up and outwards at hip level. Press up and carefully incline your weight forward to balance your weight across your hands. Open your legs to make hold easier. Hold in this position for a required amount of time.
