Latissimus, Trapezius, Shoulders, Chest, Triceps, Back
Start in a regular push-up position with having one of your arms on top of a box.
Do a regular push-up while keeping this position. After successfully pushing yourself back jump to the opposite side of the box and switch your hand that is remaining on top of the box.
Make a push-up in this new position and jump back to the starting position. Repeat for the required amount of time.
